You’re situated right in the middle of Shekou, everything is within a walk or short bike ride.

~ 6 min walk to Shuiwan metro
~ 6 min walk to seaside
~ 10 min walk to Walmart
~ 0 min walk to supermarket

— FURNISHED APARTMENT —
Perfect size for one person or a couple living together. It’s a one bedroom with a living room, balcony, bathroom, kitchen, and a second balcony for the washing machine. The apartment already has all of the necessities, including a bed, couch, desk, chairs, bookshelf, wardrobe, and whatever you call those smaller desks that women can sit at to do their makeup (makeup table?)

— LANDLORD —
I’m subleasing this apartment for 9 months, after which the landlord is happy to continue to rent it to you. She is the ideal landlord, she never bothers you and is extremely helpful when you need it. The two times I had an issue (e.g. the water heater broke) she had them solved within 12 hours.

— POWER + ELECTRIC + INTERNET + WATER —
Typically I pay about ¥250/mo for electricity. I think the internet was 1100 for a year for super fast internet. Water is something like ¥10/mo.

— SPECIAL THINGS —
Since I’m leaving, I’m happy to leave behind some of the small appliances and other stuff I bought. For example a convection oven, , a soda machine, artwork, rugs, etc., but if you don’t want them then that’s fine too I’ll just get rid of them.
