A used-to-be Hostel LOFT Apartment located next to Grand Theatre, Luohu looking for roommates to share tenancy of the the totally 5 rooms apartment, with a total area of 180 Sqm, on the 26th floor of a commercial/residential building right next to KK Mall/Grand Theatre, Luohu.

Current roommates include: a pretty post-90s English teacher, a handsome Architectural Engineer in each room.

And currently have 3 rooms open for share, 1 with a balcony/washroom/city view window; 1 with a large balcony, and 1 with indoor window/a washroom, priced from 3000 to 3500 Yuan/month, with contract period for at least 6 months. The apartment is fully furnished for immediate check-in.

We are looking for roommates who are clean, polite, easy-going, responsible, positive, like-minded and having jobs with normal work hours. No gender limits. Please PM me for detail or appointment for inspection.
