My home is a 185 square meter (~1850 square foot) apartment located on one of the higher floors of a upscale apartment complex located in southern coast of Futian, Shenzhen. It’s about a 10 minutes car ride from the most central shopping/socializing spot in Shenzhen – Coco Park/ Central Walk / Wong Tee Plaza etc.

Looking for someone to rent out the main upstairs guest room and attached ensuite (private bathroom)

As a bit of a health nut I’ve done my best to provide myself with all the niceties of western life + exercise accouterments whilst being in China all of which your more than welcome to make use of. Those include:

• Fully Equipped Kitchen with all western goodies:
  Oven, Blender, Slow Cooker, Masticating and Shredding style juicers, Food processor, Hand held blender (good for making bullet proof coffee if your into that ;), Lido 2 Coffee Grinder, Rice Cooker, etc etc
• Inversion Table (good for back and just for general health)
• Various Yoga Mats/Floor Mats
• Set of Free Weights / Power Blocks (5-50lbs)
• Exercise Ball
• Pull Up Bar
• Clothes Washer and Dryer
• HEPA Air Purifiers located throughout the house – controllable via a web app (which I can supply to you)
• Amazon Fire TV with Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Video etc
• Playstation 4 (which I never use :-D)
• Xbox 360 (which I also never use)
• HONG KONG INTERNET – being on the coast I’m able to receive Hong Kong domestic 4G signal and have set up a wifi network leveraging said connection. No blocked sites – Full connected happiness while you’re in my home 🙂
• Alexa is also set up in my kitchen so you can ask her to play music for you and set timers or anything of that sort while you’re here.

I also have high-speed optical domestic wifi network setup in case you’d like to make use of that.

The Building complex is located about 10 minutes walking (3 by Mobike) south of 上沙 (Shang Sha) Metro Station in centrally located Futian District. Taxi’s can be solicited through the local DiDi app or flagged down on the street at any of the community entry gates.

The community itself is very comfortable with a garden level, on-site gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, on-site massage parlor, etc.
